Gerald Coffee, Captain U.S. Navy (Ret.) served 28 years as a jet pilot, 7 of those as a Vietnam P.O.W.
After receiving his BA from UCLA in 1957, Gerald Coffee joined the US Navy receiving his Wings in 1959.
During his illustrious 28 year Navy career, he participated in daring low level reconnaissance flights over Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis, flew numerous missions off aircraft carriers, held Command and Staff duties in both the Atlantic and Pacific, and spent seven years as a POW in the communist prisons of North Vietnam.
After repatriation, he received an MA from UC Berkeley and later attended the esteemed National War College.
He received the Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star, two Purple Hearts and several prestigious civilian awards.
Since his Navy retirement, Captain Coffee has been one of America's most sought-after Speakers, inspiring audiences across America and internationally.
